I LOVE MY GPS II

In a previous posting I mentioned "boobs" and got distracted. One of the most important virtue of the GPS is safety. I don't have to juggle maps and try to drive at the same time. You can just devote your full attention to just driving and not have to worry about reading or remembering directions. This is especially great in the big cities where you take the next exit, then bear right, then take ramp ahead, etc. etc.

You have the laptop Co-Pilot program? No monthly fees? Do you have the ability to add traffic re-routing feature?

We also really depend on out GPS but it does not have the rerouting option. We do get out updates off of Lawrence's web site. We also had a problem with ours over heating. Bob mounted ours to the dash near a vent so she (the GPS) can have a little coolant keeping her cool. Has solved the problem of her over heating from the windshield. We have also found that on the dash it is very easy to see the screen. Cant imagine anymore running with out having a GPS.
