Chobani Plain Yogurt
1/2 packet Stevia
About 2 tablespoons of Old Fashioned Oats

I was just working with Bob Perry on some tips to eat correctly and he brought out this Chobani plain yogurt and I wrinkled my note. I had tasted this once and it was to bitter to eat.

Bob saw the look on my face and laughed. He mixed this up and I had a taste and was pretty amazed. He also suggested using cinnamon for taste. Another suggestion of the oats are to crunchy mix up the yogurt in the evening and they will soften by morning.

I asked about using fruit and he said the Old Fashioned Oats is better as it will not cause a sugar spike.

The high protein in the Yogurt keeps me full and I am impressed with the taste.
