What posts? Almost all of Turtle's posts are witty, and he's got a knack for finding just the right illustration for the occasion, with the little characters from Smiley Central.
I enjoy them so much that I hardly feel jealous that he writes so much better than I do.
OK, I'm jealous, lol - but I like reading them anyhow.

Sadly no, though I did look at some very nice land for in the nw corner - like 170-200 acres for 100k with direct hwy access.
