Got some weeding done and dug up my horseradish.. Might be a little strong smelling in here when I process it!

Gotta try that.. Love it in a mix with catsup to dip shrimp in, on my eggs and especially on a good roast beef! And it's made.. Did it on the deck and it still made my eyes water! Just have a small patch so only made a pint but that will last quite a while!
