Can't seem to find the place to sign up. I agree to the user agrement and end up at a login page, but it does not like my user name and password that I use here. I assume I am suppose to select a user name and password at some point but I am never able to find that page.

Ok, thanks for letting me know. We have a limit of 10,000 accounts - when we reach that it blocks new user sign ups. I will have them purged dead accounts this morning.
