64 east and west from mile marker 242 and 255 , const is going stronger , and traffic is getting back up more and more any time of day, if going to Norfolk, Va , Virginia beach , va, etc and coming down 95, 295, instead of taking 64 e . head down to ex 3 and take 460 to 58 and 64 save time by not going thru tunnels
and coming out of there take 58 to 460 be faster
if you coming in on 64 e because your going to Newport new, Hampton va get off at 242 and run Jefferson ave, get back on from the airport ex, also coming out run down Jefferson ave to ft Eustis blvd get back on there
most times in morning from 0600 to 0900 morning rush hour
afternoon if your out of time by 1500 ship yard gets out at that time
traffic reports on 97.3 or 101.3 are great
and coming out of there take 58 to 460 be faster
