According to court documents, he only received 5k. Not much to start a carrier, but I believe a few have done it on less.

that math does not compute.....if the lawyer get 40% of your share....then you'd be entitled to about $50,000.

Actually, $8342/.4 = $20,855 so in theory I guess that would make my share about $12,500. Knowing how lawyers operate I think my original numbers are probably more accurate.

Got mine today. Not enough for a tank of fuel for the Sprinter! I had a straight truck at Panther. Maybe the lawyer will adopt me.

I received the first of two settlement checks today. Called to verify the other check had been mailed out. I had worked for P2 on two different occasions.
