tughill runner reason i have alway had a c unit, in 92 had 1800 ud
was able to get into at a good price and go from there
then started to look at my next truck and seeing all i was hauling
were a,b, and some c loads and d unit's were doing the same
and once in a great while they were doing d load why go for add cost,
then it came time to look at next unit and went for comfort
could get a d unit but not the genset and also a 16' box would still fit in driverway untill my loop hole was changed, i'm retired navy cpo and when i was out and about to go on any military base you need base sticker and so was able to get one
navy call my c unit rv with cargo box and you could park rv in drive way until ordance was changed
with fl60 could haul 9600 sometimes i got a couple of those load
when they were in need and price of load was discuss and if it was
right would haul it if not they came back around like playing poker
you have to know when to hold and fold
then came the star and looking again at price and couldn't going to a d unit as c unit could do the trick and fell into a couple of thing
and again went for comfort, wouldn't take to much to make this a d unit
expend frame and add 22 ft' box etc or make hot shot tractor, about 5 thousand or so to change it into d unit
or great frame for a rv saw that in land line
with egl get paid for the weight you are able to haul
and 16 ft has draw backs sometimes have to make two trip's

geo see your c unit is still for sale and reduce price to 38500 from
44,000 , that's a good price for a first unit

the star is gone to a new home be put on with conway now
have the sprinter now will be putting it on the road 8/10/04
again thanks to eo for sale of my truck and finding me a good price
on a good use sprinter van so eo works again thanks to l mccord
