Not funny !, just a matter of time , till a drunken driver rear end an Expediter , and his smart lawyer comes to curt with EO pages showing that the Expediter was posting during his break , there for he was fatigue ...
one day they will out law texting while in a Commercial vehicle , unless you show on duty...or going on line... or making a phone call...or speaking... or thinking...(you will still be allowed to dream tho'w...)

The same thing happened locally. The guy left the local bar at 2 am , pull into McD. The lot kid found him at 5 am asleep, told his manger who called the police. He was arrested for DUI. All because he had the keys to the car.

Were is this going to stop? Can the police walk into a bar, check you for keys and arrest you? According to there rules they can.
