2003 Freightliner Sprinter Rear End Noise

For the past several months, I've noticed a loud noise from my rear end. I've been steady with work and haven't had it looked at yet. I noticed today, there's a leak from the rear end..any other Sprinter owners have the same issues? If so, what is it? I'm praying I don't have to get an entire rear end assembly?

you'd best get it in ASAP before you run the rear end dry....sounds like right now just seals leaking.....if you keep on it will be a whole rear end....

Describe the noise and the "shade tree mechanics" can diagnose it for you. Where is the leak on the rear end?
