Our 2015 Freightliner Cascadia has a 22' Reefer Box that is Cold Chain Certified, a Quiet Onan Generator for auxillary power, and a lift gate. It also has a custom Sleeper with a refrigerator, microwave, full size bed, and even a sink. Perfect for two people (or even a pet or two) to stay comfortable and at home away from home while you're on the road.
Our trucks are leased to Landstar Express America, so all applicants must be able to be qualified through Landstar and have a current hazmat endorsement or the ability to get one.
The pay scale for team drivers starts at 40/60 but with our Incentive Program you can work towards a 50/50 payscale. We pay for the tolls, fuel, and the maintenance.
No forced dispatch, but we are always willing to offer you guidance whenever it's needed. Here at Jay Road Enterprises, we have years of experience that we can share to help all of us succeed.
We also do not micromanage, but we are very proactive with the maintenance needs of our trucks.
