We are a small, growing company based in Kinston, NC with a hands-on approach, and we are also drivers. We offer only what we would accept, so you will not be asked to stay on the road an ungodly amount of time because we understand you need rest and a break away from driving to take care of personal affairs. Our compensation is very competitive, and we approach our teams/drivers with an individualistic method; no two teams/people are the same. We offer direct access to us because, in times of crisis or emergency, you need a quick response, not a go-between and delays.

Now hiring CDL-class A TEAMS/Drivers willing to team to operate our trucks.
* We are offering teams great pay per mile for every mile driven, empty and loaded, or a percentage of line haul, with periodic bonuses and pay increases.
* $1000 minimum per week per driver GUARANTEED salary as long as you are available to work, but mechanical or other company issues prevent it.
*$5000 Sign-on Bonus paid over 6 months.
*3 Weeks on, 1 Week off.
*Loads are dispatched, NO LOAD BOARD TO FIGHT WITH.

~REQUIREMENTS~
>Minimum 23 years old with current class A CDL & Medical Card.
> One year driving experience within 5 years.
> Must be able to communicate in English (Read/Write).
> No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years & no more than 2 in the last 12 months.
>No DUI's/DWI's or felonies in the last 10 yrs.
>Misdemeanors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
