Jay Road Enterprises is searching for a professional team to operate one of our trucks, a 2016 Cascadia Cold Chain T-Val Straight Truck with liftgate. This truck is leased to Landstar Express America, and has recently come open due to a rare vacancy and another team moving into one of our newer units.
We pay all tolls, and offer a generous compensation package.
The team will be paid weekly via direct deposit with no holdbacks, if your run paperwork is turned in by noon on Mondays (with some rare exceptions). Pay is usually in your bank account by Thursday evening.
No forced dispatch. You pick the loads and where to go. We do not micromanage, but we are very proactive with the maintenance on our trucks. Of course we will always be willing to offer you guidance if you want. We have a lot of experience that we can share to help all of us succeed. We are also Landstar agents.
