looking for a driver for a Promaster 3500 cargo van

looking for drivers for a couple 2018 Promaster 3500 ext. high top cargo vans 60 percent of gross to driver. Driver pays gas. I pay for tolls.. Is equipped with a bed, tv, microwave and refrigerator. It is insulated and paneled. Prefer someone close to the Michigan and Indiana area with a clean driving record. Clean background as well.
