OTR SPRINTER DRIVERS NEEDED

Job Summary
We're looking for sprinter van drivers to do Over The Road (OTR) work. The successful driver will be assigned a sprinter van and will be required to move time sensitive cargo across the US. Vehicles are leased on with Load1.
You must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a good driving record. You must have the ability to pass a background check with no criminal record. A smartphone is a must.
Our drivers are "1099" independent contractors and not employees. As such, we have a very competitive and generous remuneration model for our partner drivers. We offer a 40-60% split on all loads with the partner driver being solely responsible for occ/acc Insurance and Insurance deductible escrow. We are responsible for fuel and toll costs and vehicle maintenance. Most loads pay anywhere between $0.70-$1.20 per mile to the sprinter vans. Most of our hardworking drivers average anywhere between 1500 to 3000 miles per week.
Drivers should expect to be away from home for two weeks at a time or sometimes more.This job is a great way to travel and see the country but it requires someone who works well under pressure. You will be moving time critical freight and therefore most of the times you will be required to complete tasks fast, accurately and SAFELY.
