    have wondered about the certainty of shipper having placards for the load. just thought you could accumulate placards so you would have backups. where did you get placard set for $40? thanks again for posting something we had not thought of.

    thanks for the replies, it gives me a little more of what to be looking for. if the fleet owners are issuing 1099s' all these years and the drivers are submitting them at tax time ,isn't the irs acknowledging that they are subcontractors?
