    Kristi, very nice...as for washing stuff..ahhh i am i a van, i keep a case of water in here, water in a dirty pan, a few drops of dish soap, put it in the micro wave to get the water hot, wash with a cloth, rince and dry...its really that simple...oh no soap in the iron skillet..its well...

    i use a cast iron skillet because i love them, but yea a few well choosen teflon or other non stick pans work good, and I have a Calphalon Grill pan in here also they do a good job for the times you pickup a steak at the meat market....

    Thanks Gracie for stopping in...i keep the memories of the Robust Jack that gave me a menu to a good place to eat while you him and me and OVM sat in the Petro Parking lot in Cottondale Ala..not all that long ago...that menu is still on my visor.... My prayers are with your whole family....

    When i had a client that wasn't overly fond of alot of spices, i would use "Mrs. Dash Original"...it is a very good blend and it is always a hit...and keep in mind, use the base of any recipe and add things that you like, i have always believed that a recipe was nothing but a guide...:D
