    Getting started with good midsize carrier to learn the business is the way to go in my opinion...Panther has too many vans for my taste...Then you have a fe of the bigger companies that will limit your miles and hours and take freight off your truck at some point...that doesn't work for me...

    A straight up lease is going to require you to have better credit then if you were to purchase for the most...a lease / purchase is a totally different thing and the credit requirements depend on each financial institution.... That being said, re read Mooses post , there is more good info...
