Tri-State has opened the gates and is now putting vans on starting Monday. This makes me feel that freight is going to pick up even better/faster than it has been going so far.

For those of you who attended the picnic/appreciation event last Saturday, what did you think? What did you like/enjoy, what didn't you like/enjoy, and what would you like to have different? What are your thoughts about the whole event?

After all the new changes that TS has made, I'm curious as to what you all think of the portal. What do you like/dislike about it? What would you like to see different? Are you able to understand everything on the portal, and if not, what is it ?Any and all input would be appreciated!!

OK.....it's been several weeks since the new rates have kicked in, so how are you making out? As for me, we are surviving better than I expected with the new rates. Yes, we get alot of the $1.05 loads BUT we have also gotten several that paid alot more than that. We are still getting a good fuel...

Anyone having trouble getting a load out of Dallas this week and if so, how long have you been there & what are you driving? I have a team straight truck that's been sitting there for 2 1/2 days and the only load offers they got were 2 going local.

While none of us likes to deadhead, 99% of the time it's better than sitting on a board that's either already over crowded or one that gets little or no freight. My drivers would rather take a little loss by deadheading rather than to take a bigger loss by sitting for days on a board waiting for...
