    Just asking... Why the miles and not a T.O. or Pro# ? Im Thinking Pro or T.O. would refer straight back to the load or what your looking at or for? But I dont know why ya need to refer back to a fuel receipt once its paid?? Dont mean to sound stuipt but just curious.

    IFTA, Inc. This being the IFTA site I would think these would be the numbers to use?? Not sure if I was doing this that I would trust comdata??? Maybe this will help ya..I dont use it..I pay the carrier to do this and dont pay much attention to it..Dont think I have been dinged bad enought yet...

    After reading thru a bit,,it sounded like if you pay for fuel in full you dont deduct miles???

    Thanks PJ for pointing me back there,,I read that 1 but missed the link from Ateam..Both are confusing to me also..Guess I gotta leave my trust in tax preparer.With me paying the fuel it looks like miles wont deduct..

    With that said I will ask.. Why cant D/head miles be deducted? My tax person claims I can deduct any trip I make to and from any trip I make for the business whether it be to the bank,,parts runs,,etc etc.As it is a cost incurred it can be use as a legal deduction.. I see d/head as a cost...
