Why is that? We have been back to California since the last two times and yes we were AGAIN red lighted for every OPEN scale.

Update: We were back in California last week and was red lighted on the prepass on every open scale. I've gotten in a habit of running my refer (all the time) and running the center (loaded/empty) lane. So far we have not been pulled in for an inspection.

I have seen the time after we have turned down a couple of W/G loads they have taken the W/G lock OFF the truck. Man after a few S/E loads were offered, and I thought the W/G loads we turned down was bad!
