Everyday we see something pretty or we park our trucks in a very cool area. We have an amazing job where we get to see new sites everyday of the week, that is much different then those that commute the same drive every day to the same desk job with the same view.
Women in Trucking (WIT) is hosting a I Heart Trucking Photo contest so that we may share with others some those amazing things we see. There is a lot of positive happening every day in our lives and this is another way we can share with those that are not as fortunate as us to have our ever changing scenery.
The rules of the contest are simple:
Anyone employed in the trucking industry may submit one photo for judging on the Women In Trucking website. Contestant does not have to be a WIT member to submit their photo. Entries will be judged based on originality, composition, quality, and "I HEART Trucking" theme. The two winning photos, Judges' Choice and Peoples' Choice determined by online votes July 25-31, will be recognized at an “I HEART Trucking” reception at the Great American Trucking Show (GATS) in Dallas, Texas (August 27-29, 2015).
Share some of those photos you have taken of your truck in a very cool place, you with your truck, or something special you have seen while out running up and down the highways. Only one photo will be accepted per entry so make it a good one! The winners will receive a plaque and press release in the Redefining the Road magazine.
