    solar van

I have often wondered about putting solar panels on a 53' reefer trailer with batteries below deck. You would be adding a bit of weight but an electric reefer would be SO much quieter, no more reefer fuel, potentially no more generator for the sleeper.. someone needs to design this and get rich...

    New to the business

Driver's solutions (not to be confused with expedite solutions!) is a driver training school. Pam transport, USA trucking and i believe CRST use them. Any of those companies will pay your training costs (you get a loan from them and pay it back over time, then after a year or so you get it back...

    August Location

Silly works, this is always my favorite thread to follow. Not only is it people relaxing instead of trying to drill their opinions across, but it is the least biased glimpse at how the industry is doing in real time. oh yeah by the way, hi all! Back to lurking :D

I have indeed read A team's blog, and i thank them for the effort! I have been scouring the internet for all the information i can find, good and bad (rip off report makes me want to cash in and move to a deserted island, but has saved me more than one misstep). I envy you being stuck...

    Just saying Hello

Our kids are in college now, and my wife is ready to get her class B. It isnt the best time for the industry but it is...

    Long time Lurker

I keep looking at all the deals, and it is tempting! But i promised myself (and more importantly, my wife LOL) that i would go with a fleet owner for a year or so, partly to learn more, and partly to be very sure she wants to commit to the lifestyle.
