Most carriers i think do help and some have a service do it for them and charge. We will help our owners with seating the trucks if they need it at no cost.

Well let me see if i can help with the questions at hand. I can assure you our program is equal for all! We pay the same rate no matter if its a O/O of 1 truck or a fleet owner. There isnt any back end loading of a bonus or big incentive packages. I was a previous O/O in the expedited business...
