We ensure that exclusively-leased Owner-Operators are being properly supported by our Coordination Center, providing a combination of personal visibility and healthy miles, linehaul rates, accessorials, and fuel surcharge that makes us a sound choice for Owner-Operators looking for the "total package".

Successful All State Express Owner-Operators are accustomed to spending two to three weeks on the road. You can always enhance the opportunities that come your way while driving over-the-road for All State Express by pursuing HazMat, STA and TWIC endorsements. While we operate a no-forced-dispatch enterprise, you can also enhance your standing by being open to all opportunities that fit your HOS standing and planned time off requests.
