Here is a reason why I like to do my own maintenance on the truck. How many shops would have done what Bob did here? Like jacking up the front end and turning the steering to drain all the fluid in the system? Most likely they would have drained the tank, replaced the filter, refill the tank and sent you on your way but not before charging you a pretty penny.
