Adttention driver's that thinking or going on with panther beware panther is the worse company that i ever seen the recruiting department are a bunch of people that are in there 20 to mid 30's that dont know what they are doing and if they dont want you to be on with there company you wont get on with any of there owner operators when you take a load or except aload when pick up the load they will swap the load from you they leave sit alot if they dont like you and the pay suk's they promise you the world but they lie all over you they are all family run bussiness and most of the recruiting department are drunks and 's. you can ask other and former panther owners about them... so whatch out....

Sorry guys (and gals) here is where I criticize the author for his/her spelling and lack of intelligence to make an effort to make it look like a real ad.

Don’t know why he is blaming the recruiting department for all the problems at panther they are a nice bunch of people doing there jobs and what they are told is the truth. But not all of what he said is false. Just that he’s putting all the blame on the recruiters. But that’s not what every one is replying to they are all committing on his spelling and grammar?
Course if he was going to plan it all out could of just typed it first in word and got spell check although have noticed some times spell check don’t help it picks wrong replacement word. And no I didn’t place that ad what I have to say about the company I was shanghighed in to will say openly right here I’m not afraid to voice my opinion although maybe that’s why I’m sitting right now? LOL wait not funny!

Any way cretin people get good loads no matter what and other people regardless of there % levels that Panther says you need to maintain to get good loads, oh and how’s that not forced dispatch? The % of turndowns and the fact you turn down a load you go to bottom of list makes it forced dispatch. Although my self think it should be that way not knocking it just that call a chicken a chicken not an egg.

And yes they will send you in to places and leave you till they either find some thing or you deadhead back to civilization. Or like last night I drove to another market 250 miles from where I was still in upstate NY though and they offered me a load on Monday back 94 miles no deadhead to pick up a load coming right here where I am sitting. Of course I declined it as did I decline 3 loads in NY city on Friday staying in the NYC area when I was 200 miles away. And one of the loads a supervisor asked me to do him a personal favor same guy that asked me to do him favors in the past and has yet to pay me back once! Favors are not one way in real life Panther they are 2 sided coins not one sided!

1 2 and 3 loads a week don’t make my truck payments even if the 1 load week is a nice long one! Let alone any other payments I have or food etc. and some are asking them selves why do I stay? I’m just doing a wait and see, wondering if any of the recent rumors are true, and if so pick wrong company and again be back at Panther to do it all over again? no thanks if I leave it will be last time. Or if Panther becomes UPS will it be better? Only time would tell on that too.

Man some one got me going now am shutting my self up!
