What happened to Fusion Transportation and Logistics?

Drove a sprinter van for Fusion from 2018 to 2023, my van went down, and because of COVID I couldn’t find a new van, so I went back home, etc.

Was recently applying for a government job and I needed to get previous employer info and it said Fusion was permanently closed.

I am incredibly out of the loop on how Expedite is over the last few years, so I am posting this in the newbie section, what’s happened both with Fusion and the industry in general?

I ask because I often consider now that vans are available again, buying one and back on the road again.

I don't know about fusion, but I can tell you as someone who's been doing it for the last 4 years I've made less every year since I started. I would not recommend anybody to buy a van and do this. Rates are down, jobs are harder to find, and there are simply too many drivers willing to work for break even.

Fusion has gone out of business. The owner is now a recruiter with V3. I can ask him to reach out to you if you think that would help...

Ok Vince is with V3 that’s awesome.

Yea, I am juggling a few things here, but I am putting some serious thought into going back on the road. I want to make money, of course, but really I enjoyed the lifestyle as well. I don’t want to waste anyone’s time because it would probably be fall before I made any serious move, but yea, would I just contact V3, ask for Vince?
