Hi Everyone,
I am fairly new to the trucking industry and have recently accepted a position as a dispatcher, I have been put in charge of deploying fleet management software and devices, to help make our drivers ELD compliant for Canada's upcoming mandate, and to help our company run smoother. Aside from being able to know where our trailers are, being ELD compliant etc. what other things should I look for in fleet management to ensure I pick the best option. I am interested to hear from both drivers and others involved with fleet management, dispatching etc as to what I should be looking for and so I can make management happy but also the drivers?
