Weather Radio w Alert

Does anybody have a 12v WX radio that has the alert functions? I know some CB's and in dash radios can tune in the stations but what about the alert siren?

My CB does have weather but doesn't have an alert feature.

I went here

Weather Radios Emergency Alert All Hazard Radio

and got a Oregon Scientific (OS) WR113 and was given a Alert Works EAR-10 after someone else finished reviewing it.

Both work well and the OS is with me in the truck I am driving today and it went off when they issued some stupid alert that I didn't get a chance to hear.
