US to Panama Expediter such a thing?

Lots of expats living in Panama. Wondering if trucks/vans provide service via Panama American highway through Central American countries from USA?

Looks pretty complicated. Ocean shipping probably the norm, but maybe someone does the overland route?

A any thoughts?
