Canada US runs and stuff

We are seriously considering expediting with an employer in Kentucky. Could someone please tell us "what is normal" - how are taxes paid? what are the write offs, particularly accommodation and food? any others? Can a Canadian driver run pin to pin in numerous US cities before returning to Canada? How long are you out before returning home? Thanks in advance for your help.

In short, if you are Canadians..........NO !!!!!!!!!
You can go from Canada to points within the USA and return. The freight move must be international.

Example you can leave Toronto and drop in 3 different USA points and then go to 3 other USA points and pick up shipments providing you are picking freight destined back to Canada.
