Can you document these irregularities? If you can, there are authorities that deal with that sort of thing. If you can't, then you're just trashing a company's reputation on a forum.
That's exactly it. Along with the "simple questions" we have unsubstantiated allegation of illegal activity thrown on. Like you said, if the allegations can be substantiated there are proper procedures and authorities to deal with those. Posting on EO is most definitely not the proper procedure nor is EO the proper authority to handle those allegations.
Publicly stating unproven allegations that damage a reputation is the classic legal definition of libel, and EO won't be a part of it.
You don't join EO, agree to the Code of Conduct, and then immediately violate the Code of Conduct. Sorry.
