Try Hours Drivers

Come on drivers, lets start posting in this forum. I been driving since Oct 2009 for Try Hours. I really enjoy driving, but hate the sitting, especially over the weekends miles from home. Currently, I'm sitting Harrisburg, PA hoping for a load west to help me get home for the weekend. In the next post we'll get into some positives and negatives about Try Hours as this driver sees them.

We are the same way. Hate sitting over the weekends. We were lucky this week and had a decent week. Caught a load yesterday (Friday) that delivered this weekend.

Yes, seems like that $3000 bonus for new operators is spreading the freight thin... too many trucks and not enough freight for them all possibly? What is everyone driving? Cargo van, straight truck, tractor, etc. I am in a class 8 straight truck running team...

We're in a straight truck also. 2006 Sterling with 96" Bentz sleeper. So when we do get stuck at least we're some what comfortable...lol
