trip lease,sid#,rates

I have a b-van,and,am looking for some feedback on whether trip leasing with a b-van is feasable,also,where can one apply for an sid#,and,what kind of rates should I look for?.......am embarrassed to say I drove for ctx for 2 years,learned a lot,(like,everything Idont like about expediting)any inpput will be greatly appreciated......78

I drove for an fleet owner who trip leased his vans to a medical company who transported blood. They did alright. I had to cover signs and go out of service for XXXXXX's.
