The Trump Card...

More from Grok:
What Grok says about this is not significant. Real proof will come when we see actual customers unboxing the actual golden Trump phones they actually received, and using them to show they actually work.

At present, the Trump Organization has failed to show even one phone physically existing in the universe. They show ads, not actual phones. There is no footage of them being manufactured anywhere. No photos of the factories. No customer I know of has reported any tracking number showing the device actually being sent. And this MONTHS after delivery was first promised.

If you can show me actual proof that even one golden Trump phone actually exists, I'd be very interested in seeing it.

This should not be hard to do. If you asked me if my phone actually exists, I could say yes, and I could even show it to you by physically placing it in your hands and actually making a call with it. Can anyone on earth do that with the promised Trump phone?

With the reporting now out, I'm expecting to see a class-action lawsuit about this surface soon.

Iran is Consolidating its Control of the Straight of Hormuz

While this violates international maritime law, Iran is asserting full control of the Straight of Hormuz and announcing a formal Straight-management (tolling) mechanism.

Iran to unveil new mechanism to manage Strait of Hormuz traffic

Since Trump started this illegal war, the Straight of Hormuz remains closed, not open. And Iran has more control over the Straight, not less. The last action taken by the US Navy in the Straight itself was to withdraw the three destroyers they had there after they came under Iranian fire.

Trump seems to be in no hurry to open the Straight. This situation, which is economically harmful to Americans and people worldwide persists and worsens by the day. All while a number of nations are beginning to cooperate with Iran and affirm its new but illegal control of the Straight.

After months of lies, conflicting claims and changing terms about the phone, I do not believe the Grok report. I will believe the shipping claims when I actually see people unboxing and using their phones. Until then, there is no proof the phone even exists, let alone has shipped.

Take it up with Grok.

Take it up with Grok.
I should add, "After months of lies, conflicting claims and changing terms about the phone, and a lifelong history of fraud, I do not believe the Grok report. There is nothing to take up. I'm asking Grok for nothing. I'm asking you for proof that the phone actually exists. It is quite something that you have none to offer so far.

I have searched myself and similarly found none. There are fabricated photos and videos and claims, but no real phone in the real world, and not even a factory where the phone is said to be made.

Eleven months have elapsed since the Trumps announced this phone. Even if there were delivery delays or production delays, the Trumps should at least be able to point to the factory or factories where production began months ago, should they not? They can't and you can't.

Accordingly, I continue to believe that the Trump phone was a fraud from its first day. And I'll add, this fraud was calculated and intentional.

The Trumps know MAGA is an easy mark. So if they can scalp an additional $60 million off the MAGA dupes and provide nothing in return, its their nature to go for it. That golden-phone promise made to MAGA is seen by the Trumps as a golden opportunity to dupe MAGA out of millions.

Make the promise. Collect deposits. Deliver nothing. Keep the money.

Made possible by MAGA ignorance and tolerance of crime.
I’ve already posted info that said this is fairy common for companies with tech products like phones. 12-18 months is the norm. MAGA understands that the Left will claim a crime regardless what Trump does.

Tech companies do not collect $100 deposits and then change their terms of service to say what the Trumps said. Months after announcing the phone and collecting deposits, they said the deposit "is not a purchase, does not constitute acceptance of an order, does not create a contract for sale, does not transfer ownership or title interest, does not allocate or reserve specific inventory, and does not guarantee that a Device will be produced or made available for purchase."

The Trump preorder practices are nothing like the standard industry practices. Established tech companies do not accept preorders on devices that do not yet exist and have not yet been certified by regulatory bodies.

This is not difficult. If you don’t like the terms, get your refund and just move on.

Grok:
As previously demonstrated, you can make Grok say anything you want it to say with the right prompts. Grok is not a credible source without corroboration. Just as I asked you to show proof the phone actually exists, I'll ask you to show even a single credible case where someone requested a refund of their Trump phone deposit and got it.

The Trump Mobile Preorder Deposit Terms and Conditions can be read on their website. Contrary to your statement, this is hard. It is not impossible but some mental effort is required. To know the truth, you are required to carefully read the Trump Mobile Terms and Conditions. You are required to weed through the legalese to understand what the Trumps are actually telling their marks. If you do this, you will see that nothing in this document states any present condition that would require the company to honor any refund request made or actually refund a deposit.

Grok is not technically wrong when it says "customers can request their $100 deposit back." The careful reader will understand the difference between a customer's ability to "request their $100 deposit back" and Trump Mobile's ability to ignore the request.

In plain English: Make the promise. Collect deposits. Deliver nothing. Keep the money. For the legalese that makes this fraud possible, see the Terms and Conditions.

War Day 80. Straight Open Yet?

Now that we're 80 days, 14 Americans killed and 399 wounded, and billions of dollars into the war Trump illegally started with Iran; is the Straight of Hormuz open yet? It was open before Trump started the war. Why is it closed now? Are we still spending billions of dollars on this effort? Why does Trump not fix this? He said we won. Paying over $4.00 a gallon for gas does not feel like winning to me.

Trump commands the most powerful military in the world. With all this power, why does this self-proclaimed stable genius not end the war? Why does he allow the Straight of Hormuz to remain under Iranian control? Why does he allow the consequential economic pain to expand and accelerate in the US and worldwide?
