Thats the point of the lawsuit isnt it?

But in his defense, he is not the only one doing that, once they are done with him, they need to go after all of the others who are doing the same thing.

You do realize that all businesses use whatever they can to write off taxes.....a lawsuit is alot different than charges of felony law breaking.
Democrats have been going after trump for the last 6 years to either get him out of office or to keep him out of the office of the president.
They fear him because hes like Reagan.....he cares for us and not the illegal aliens crossing the border being welcomed in by Democrats.

No. They couldn't find cause for a legal action
due to lack proof of malfeasance. This civil case is another fishing expedition and blatant harassment of Trump, which fulfills a campaign promise made by the NY State AG.

True, the business taxes in NY are notoriously high. But why wait until they're done with Trump to go after others? They won't, because they'll move out of the state like so many others have already done.

His attitude (and he is not the only one) is that the rules do not apply to him. Look at all the documents he had taken, because he said they were declassified, they were his. Look at the way he treats others, if they are of no use to him then they are worthless. Look at the only 2 heads of other countries that he spoke highly of, Putin and Kim Jung Un, that should be a red flag there.

And no Im not for the blanket loan forgiveness, it needs to be a case by case thing, there are plenty who were taken but then there are a lot who knew they would never pay back those loans.

That was his personal property. So your definition of dictator pertains to how he may be a demanding boss/ commander in chief to his subordinates? Ok.
