The popup that never ends

When is the expo popup that somehow ignores pop up blockers and still intrudes going to go away? It would be nice if it honored pop up blockers or if not if it could remember which users it already popped and not repeat numerous times day after day.

When is the expo popup that somehow ignores pop up blockers and still intrudes going to go away? It would be nice if it honored pop up blockers or if not if it could remember which users it already popped and not repeat numerous times day after day.

We show it only once every 24 hours. If you have cookies disabled - it won't work.

I guess it's the way I navigate then. As I go back and forth I'll see it a few times before it goes away for a while.
