    Looks nice ... but 6 skids .. a few questions now ...
Current scale ticket ...? And i am talking a picture copy .. not hearsay ...
    Available cargo weight then ..?
Since hauling 6 skids will this Van be Str- 8 Rate = $1.45 plus ...?

It's not under 10k even with 6 skids on it. It's built for show.

Two skid capacity for a cargo van,at x $ per mile initially the industry standard.

Then 3 skids same money, now lets see if we can get people to haul 6 skids on a cargo van configuration.

This expedited freight gig is sagging under the weight of its own greed.

    Stay safe

Well let me see if I can get Westmich to respond and answer all that. He built it and is very detailed.

What does a "small straight" earn? And would this truck even qualify, seeing as how it won't take 5000 lbs?

We will get better rates for 4-6 skids. I don't know how your carrier deals with you but Load-1 treats us great!!!

Keep learning & evolving right ...? Looks well thought out. What are the interior dims for the box? Only 1 driver? I would think a team would be a better fit ...

Sleeper looks tight for a team, IMHO. I would go with four skids and a good size sleeper, for a team, and I'd bet one could make some sweet bank with it.

Looks awesome! However my last run was a 40 lb box

Definitely needs a straight rate to make it pay IMO.
