stretched volvo

So I stretched a Volvo VNL Ishift daycab to accomodate a 26ft body. Everything turned out fine, except now I have this weird issue. When turning from a dead stop either direction, I will get a complete dead spot in the throttle response for like 3-5 seconds. This only happens when turning from a dead stop or very low speeds, not straight. I am thinking it is something to do with wheel speed of rear wheels compared to front tires when turning, however, I really dont know what the issue is. Any insights?
