    how do you receive your load offers if over QUALCOMM that makes sense to me but if you don't have c-link how do you get everything in writing to cover your self in case issues come up.

    You don't, unless you write it down.
    You said "c-Link" which implies "fxcc". With fxcc never doubt that it's never about you (despite verbiage which implies anything else). It is always about them.
    Fxcc is a total "system" environment.
    If it's harder than it needs to be & more complicated than necessary, it is fxcc.
