    so be carefull if you have to come to hampton roads va
    they don't know how drive when it dry out let lone some snow

    Is any area particularly full of common sense when it comes to driving anymore? A lady sped around, and cut my wife off the other day, to IMMEDIATELY make a left turn out of that lane. I'm telling ya... you just can't make this crap up.
