Sleeping options

I'm looking into getting a 3 car hauler with a wedge frame for my hotshot company. My question is, there's a lot of empty space in the frame of a wedge tralier, could I build a micro camper/sleeper in the frame? What would be the DOT requirements? Looking at a Texas Pride wedge 3 car hauler (not one pictured, but in the picture is a idea of what I'm thinking.

Heating and air conditioning might be a problem... but I would ask a dot officer.
If you could get it from the factory with something built in it might pass.
