Single State Registration

I filed single state registration for all contiguous 48 states and have my certificate. I have heard I will need additional permitting to run in Mew Mexico, MO, NY and California. Can anyone verify this?

I have SSRS too. I had to get a KYU # to run in Ky. Tennessee has a HF # too.

They may just apply to the bigger trucks, though.
