Sign in from of Planned Parenthood Center. "Please use back door". That was a real sign. Only wished I had taken a picture of it several years ago.

I'm sure I'm not the first expeditor to notice this one:

In Ionia,MI on 66 heading southbound, just before you reach I96, is this traffic sign:

DO NOT PASS WHEN OPPOSING TRAFFIC IS PRESENT

I guess if some drivers still need to be reminded not to stop on the RR tracks, then we must need this one too.

When I was living in GA an individual was ticketed for stopping on the railroad tracks that were just before a red light . He started a campaign to try to force the railroad to build an overpass or tunnel at that intersection .

I saw this on the back of a semi

If you pass on the left, you are "FAST"
If you pass on the right, you are "HALF FAST"

Somewhere, there is a t/t with signs on the back of the trailer: on the left, the sign says "Passing side" on the right, it says "Suicide!" I think that makes it pretty clear.

The last time we went to Canada someone jumped off the bridge
on opposite side of us in front of truck. All traffic was stopped
and police everywhere. We asked on CB what was going on and they
told me a "Scoop up", I asked what that meant and they told me
dead body.

I seen this on a Straight Truck before from MI.

opposing traffic present

The "opposing traffic" sign is a statewide thing in Michigan. It does sound sort of funny, but it actually serves a purpose if you look at it again in context. The two lane state routes have passing lanes in the middle of the road--its like an occasional third lane. One direction gets a passing lane, and a couple miles later the other side of the road gets a passing lane. When the passing lane is for oncoming traffic, the center line is marked with a solid double line (i think) and the famous signs, because they really don't want me using the center lane if there is opposing traffic even if it's only one vehicle way over in the slow lane.

frozen overpass

One I like in Idaho is an "ice on bridge" sign. This one is special, because the sign is just before going UNDER an underpass. To be fair, the road does go over a creek just after the underpass, but the sign does look funny and does make for a good picture.
