Here you go Doug Travels and any and all of my detractors. SB1195 in the IL Senate voted yes on by Obama. It would outlaw my duck gun if ever voted in as a Federal Law. The same part of the bill highlighted is in the Brady Bill.
Almost EVERY sporting semi-auto shotgun made and or sold in the United States either comes in or can be converted to a "Turkey" hunting model. All "Turkey" hunting models have either pistol or thumbhole grips to enhance accuracy to insure clean kills and fewer crippled or lost birds.
Eric Holder wants to include ALL frames that can be converted as well. My frame on my Benelli Super Black Eagle can be retro-fitted with a "Turkey" hunting stock.
See below first a picture of a Benelli Super Black Eagle that would be illegal under SB1195, which Obama voted YES on and also under the Brady Ban List which Obama favors.

Sorry it took so long to find but I was working with lots of runs!! I was also looking for a totally non-biased source. I wanted nothing from NRA or The Brady Bunch or any group connected to any U.S. College. Just the Bill that I knew that Obama had voted yes on.
Parts of the same bill would have outlawed all of my .50 caliber MUZZLELOADER rifles. When was the last time you saw a muzzeloading rifle or shotgun used in a crime? I cannot ever recall seeing that.
Any who, this is what I based my argument on the other night. I try to look out for these things because they affect my lifestyle and freedom. I will, as in the motto of the Army Security Agency, remain "Vigilant Always".
You are now free to pick on me and ridicule me as you please. Layoutshooter
