seeking advice

Brand new tried team driving but am inexperienced driver. I really liked the whole expediting but it seems most of the driving positions are east of the mississippi. I live in nevada anyone got any advice I do have class a just seems tough trying to get started

You may find an owner to hire you on,many expediting drivers drive for truck owners far from there home state. I once drove for an owner that lived in NY and I lived in PA. They didn't ever see there truck unless I happened to get close by there town, at one point they didn't see me for a whole year. If you don't mind being out long periods of time,you could drive a truck based in any state. If you want time off you need to wait till you deliver maybe 200 miles of home,or sometimes leave the truck with the owner and purchase round trip plane tickets home,I have done that too. I also teamed with a owner out of FL,that truck never went home. When I wanted home time,owner would drop me off at an airport, and I would fly home, while he ran single. I would fly to whatever city he was near when home time was done and he would pick me up. Then he would fly home while I ran single. Worked out quite well. You just can't be sure how often you will get runs towards home.

Thanks is there alot of o/o that are willing to take on drivers with out any experience minus my 2 weeks I was fedex cc qualified for a straight truck
