If all the locations have Mayors and so on as leaders, then how come they can break the law and not get arrested ????? Amazing how so many leaders are breaking the law and the rest of us cannot do it....

You mean like almost every politician on the hill? Or in state govt? Or in local govt?

I'd like to give some police a ticket or two also..... but then I'd be mysteriously killed.
