"REVISED" QUESTION ON WEIGH STATIONS (Need advice)

I've been in the small package delivery for about 20 years mostly with a mini van. I am considering either a 1 ton Ford E350 and also a possibly a truck. Do all trucks over 10,000 GRVW have to stop at weigh stations or is it the ones over 18,000 lbs?

This vehicle will be used for Panther II so I presume it will be used for hasardous Material at times. Asuming it isn't used for hasmat, what are the regulations? Does a van also have to stop if it is carrying hazardous material?

Are you going to transport hazardous material? Do you display a motor carrier number on the vehicle? Could use a little more info on what you are doing. Thanks

I'm with Glen on this. You need to provide more information.

Some of when you stop depends on the state. If hauling HMat you must stop. For additional information go to the FMCSA website for specifics. Should be www.fmcsa.gov
