Was noticing the other day that the attitudes have seemed to be getting better. After the layoffs it seemed like you could not crack a joke or say something other then business when getting a call. Now it seems things have gotten back to the way they were. Whether its load planning or customer service they all seem to have more pep in their voices. Guess the fear of the unknown is gone.

Just an observation and glad to have noticed it.

I guess being busier now...makes for happier staff...instead of them sitting around with the "Your Next" on their minds.
